Careful coordination will occur with site leadership to maximize the number of patients to be seen per clinic be it for optometry or more specialized services and to ensure an appropriate work space is available. Clinics are generally four hours in duration and consecutive clinics at any site requiring such can and often can be scheduled for full day coverage.

IEC will provide complete phone support Monday through Friday to any site during our normal business hours - 8:30 am to 4:30 pm EST. Our lab manager is the designated contact person regarding eyeglass order questions. Additionally, licensed professionals will be available to any site for technical consultation.
